Seco Tools' High Feed Square Cut high-feed milling systems tackle ISO P, M, and S materials
Seco Tools has launched the High Feed Square Cut high-feed milling cutter and insert series in size 14 for stainless steels, titanium, and superalloys.
The single-sided, straight-edged insert geometries allow machinists to raise cutting speeds, helping to ensure a high feed per tooth in ramping, pocketing, plunging, facing, and copy milling.
The cutters also have a new environmentally friendly coating, the company states.
