Leibinger offers the IQJet for coding and marking of extruded products for product identification, traceability, and quality control.
Machine startup is immediate, without the need for cleaning routines and adjustments. The nozzle seals the ink circuit airtight during printing, preventing the nozzle from clogging or the ink from drying out. Ink temperature and viscosity also are continuously regulated to help ensure high-quality printing.
The machine prints up to eight lines with a print height ranging from 1.5 to 15.0 mm. Print content includes graphics, fixed text, variable text, barcodes, and 2D codes.
