ANCA officially opens expanded plant

ANCA, a manufacturer of CNC tool and cutter grinders and manufacturing software, will open its newly expanded plant on May 23 and 24 in Wixom, Mich. A formal ribbon cutting will take place Wednesday, May 23, at 2 p.m., followed by refreshments.

The expansion allows the company to better serve its customers in North and South America with a larger demonstration floor, classrooms for training, machine assembly and process development, and an enlarged reception area.

“Our plan with this facility improvement is to assure that ANCA will offer the leading customer experience for the tool production industry,” said Russell Riddiford, ANCA president.

The facility with the addition will cover about 42,000 sq. ft.

On Thursday, May 24, the company will run machine demonstrations and offer technical seminars by the ANCA product managers. The TX7 tool and cutter grinder with all linear axes, the MX7 production tool and cutter grinder, the FX7 tool and cutter grinder, the advanced EDGe PCD grinder, and the FCP4 drill grinder all will be under power.
