The OMAX® 80X series JetMachining® center incorporates multiple table sizes and a customizable work envelope for abrasive waterjet cutting of large-scale components and multipart projects. Its Tilt-A-Jet® feature includes advanced automated taper compensation for nearly zero taper for cutting parts with square, taper-free edges.
With the water-resistant rotary axis head for complex 3D parts production, the machine’s capabilities expand to cut in as many as six axes. The system uses IntelliMAX® software and the EnduroMAX® pump for cutting a variety of materials and thicknesses. The pump is capable of up to 1,000 hours of operation between rebuilds, according to the manufacturer.
