Cosen Saws offers the G320 band saw for cutting a variety of materials, including aluminum. It features a hydraulic, dual-column design and a capacity of 12.8 by 15 in. The Smart NC-100 control, which can store up to 100 different jobs, automatically compensates for kerf loss after data input and requires no manual calculation of number of times to index.
The saw has a built-in V_Drive that allows it to cut hard, dense materials like titanium, Hastelloy, and other nickel-based metals at high rates. For aluminum, the saw offers a combination of horsepower and torque within the gearbox and motor that allows it to deliver quality cuts at high speeds without getting overworked.
