Waterjet Cutting Systems
Jet Edge Inc.’s EDGE X-5™ 5-axis, 90,000-PSI waterjet features the Aquavision Di control and a closedloop filtration system. It cuts taperfree parts from almost any material. The system can cut 3-D parts such as impellers and bevels up to 50 degrees. Available in sizes from 5 by 5 ft. to 24 by 13 ft., the system can accommodate a second optional cutting head.
The BOSS-CUTTER™ waterjet system is designed for cost-conscious shops with limited floor space. It cuts parts up to 6 in. thick from almost any material. Available in two sizes—40 by 40 in. and 60 by 60 in.—it can be configured for both abrasive waterjet cutting and water-only cutting.
