Featured at FABTECH 2014: Modular Workstations

Bluco Corp.will display a line of workstations to complement its existing modular fixturing systems. Datum locations can be set quickly within±0.030 in., and repeat setups can be set within ±0.005 in., helping to keep weldments within tolerance every time with no rework delays, the company states. The workstations can be used as stand-alone weld cells or for subweldments to feed work to larger weld cells.

The workstations are available with stationary or mobile bases and come with preconfigured tooling kits. Hands-on tooling displays will be available and application engineers will be on-site to discuss customized applications.
