Rotary Parts Washer

Precision cleaning of large metal parts or multiple batches of smaller parts can now be performed in a stainless steel, rotary-design washer from ALMCO.

The three-stage model RCWR-72E has a 6-ft.-diameter turntable and can accommodate up to 2,500 lbs. of parts, loaded from a 3- by 6-ft. opening at the front of the unit. Parts are spray-cleaned by a solution coming from adjustable nozzles at the top, sides, and bottom of the cabinet. Water rinse from the nozzles precedes automatic moisture blowoff prior to part removal.

Suited to a range of cleaning applications, the washer has dimensions of 8 by 8 by 9 ft. Its size, features, and precision capabilities represent the company’s focus on problem-solving designs that meet specific requirements of its cleaning equipment customers worldwide, the company reports.
