TECHNI Waterjet Celebrates 25th Anniversary
Jim Gorzek (left), CIM—Canadian Industrial Machinery’s associate publisher, presented a plaque to Darren Reukers, managing director, TECHNI Waterjet, to commemorate the company’s 25th anniversary. The recognition was made at IMTS 2014.
Reukers and Glenn Langdon founded the company in 1989 to provide robotic and automation systems to the automotive industry, but the company quickly found a niche in the robotic waterjet market for high-speed trimming of automotive components. Today the company has offices in the U.S., Australia, India, and Singapore and a sales network covering Canada and several other countries.
