Wolf Robotics Hires New Regional Manager

Wolf Robotics, Fort Collins, Colo., has named Kevin McWhirter as regional manager for eastern Canada.

He manages the sale of robotic welding and cutting systems, including standard modular equipment and custom-engineered systems for the metal fabrication industry. His sales area includes Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. He is based in Belwood, Ont.

McWhirter has more than 15 years of experience in advanced robotic welding functionality for light and heavy industrial applications, including tandem GMAW, laser hybrid, modified short circuit, robotic GMAW, robotic PAW, and aluminum welding systems. According to the company, he also has a deep knowledge base of FANUC, Motoman, and ABB robotic systems.
