New controls will be shown on two machines at Faccin’s booth.

The 4HEL series now includes the PGS Classic control. This system is a Siemens PLC that allows the operator to store 100 jobs (30 steps per job) for repeat work. This system replaces the old manual controls and digital readouts that were previously standard on Faccin four-roll machines.

Also on display will be the new PGS Ultra 2009 CNC for the 4HEL series of four-roll plate rolls. According to the company, with more features and stock shapes, it makes rolling of simple and complex shapes easier and more repeatable.
