Mori Seiki Partners With Ellison Technologies in Canada

Mori Seiki, Chicago, has entered into a distribution agreement with Ellison Technologies to serve and support Canada.

“Having Ellison Technologies as our new exclusive distributor in Canada will allow us to leverage our valued partnership and synergy we currently share in the U.S.,” said Mori Seiki Americas President Jim Okada.

For the past 14 years, Ellison Technologies has supported the Mori Seiki line in British Columbia. Additionally, the company has more than 55 years of machine tool experience in the U.S. According to Ellison, this expansion makes it the largest machine tool distributor in North America.

Ellison Technologies will begin operations in a new facility in Mississauga, Ont. The technical center and showroom will enable the distributor to provide sales, service, and engineering from one location.
