Methods Names FEELER Product Manager

Machine tool supplier Methods Machine Tools Inc., Sudbury, Mass., has appointed Paul Hurtig as product manager for the company’s new line of FEELER machine tools.

“We’re pleased to have Paul in this new position,” said Methods Machine Tools President and CEO Bryon Deysher.  “His impressive Methods track record and unique mix of experience in various positions, including machine tool product development, sales support, service, and international logistics, make him the ideal candidate for the new FEELER role.  He will be instrumental in launching the new Methods-FEELER line.”

Hurtig has been with the company for 29 years and has held various managerial positions.  His roles have been in service, product support, technical sales support, and most recently vice president of operations.

Methods was recently named the exclusive importer of Fair Friend Group’s (FFG) FEELER line of machine tools for North America. The range of machines includes vertical machining centers, turning centers, bridge mills, and boring mills.
