New Boring Mill Designed

Tos America, in cooperation with L.S. Walker Machine Tools, has introduced a new range of CNC horizontal boring mills that is manufactured by Fermat Machinery in Czech Republic.

According to the distributors, the new design allows flexibility to custom-fit a machine to a customer’s requirements.

The new line includes:

• 5-in. spindle table-type machines with up to 8-ft. vertical and 15-ft. horizontal travels.
  
  
• 5-in., 6-in., and 6.3-in. spindle table-type machines with a movable ram and spindle combination and travels up to 20-ft. vertical and 31-ft. horizontal travels.
  
  
• 5-in., 6-in., and 6.3-in. spindle floor-type machines with a movable ram and spindle combination and up to 20-ft. vertical travels.
  
  
• CNC rotary tables with up to 55-ton capacity.
